Caving

Whether you're Jesse James looking for a place to hide out from the law, or funky rock formations make you slobber, spending time under ground doesn't have to involve caskets, tears and somber music. Some of the most mystical and enchanting experiences that you can have on earth, will be found under the earth. Unbeknownst to most, there are several inverted mountains located under the towering peaks of Kananaskis. Try spending a day struggling to get to an internal summit.
